2026 Weed Treatment Program Enrollment

The Rose Lake Association is pleased to announce athe enhanced Weed Treatment Program for the 2026 season.

We are continuing our partnership with AE&S to provide effective and environmentally conscious weed control for our membership. In response to member feedback, we’re continuing to provide a three-treatment plan this year. This is designed to provide better control of nuisance weeds and algae and aligns with the programs offered by other lake management companies. 

Here’s the plan:

• Treatment Frequency: AE&S is planning to conduct treatments on the following days in 2026 to provide optimal control of your lake frontage submersed nuisance weeds and algae: May 18th, June 24th, August 3rd. If these dates change due to weather, etc, we will inform everyone via Email and Facebook.
• Same Reliable Partner: We continue to partner with AE&S, a trusted name in lake and pond management.
• Competitive Pricing: The cost for the comprehensive three-treatment plan is $5.75 per foot of shoreline. (Please note: The average lake frontage is 60 feet. Please contact us if you need assistance in calculating your frontage.)
• Maximum Water-use Restrictions associated with the treatments:
  -Do not swim in/near the treatment area for 1 day
  -Do not drink water for 3 days
  -Do not use water for domestic purposes for 3 days
  -Do not use lake water to irrigate food crops, garden, or ornamentals for 5 days
  -Do not use lake water to irrigate turf for 3 days
  -Do not use lake water for livestock for 1 day
  *These only apply within 100 ft. of the treatment areas. Other areas of the lake do not carry the restrictions.
